The organizers of TPAC go to a lot of trade shows so we know what it takes to put on a successful conference.

 

Top Reasons to Exhibit

  1. The prime focus of TPAC is the THIRD party - That's you.  Sage's conference concentrates on Sage's message.  TPAC concentrates on YOUR message.
  2. TPAC is Sage 300 (Accpac) only.  No extra products to dilute the message.
  3. All the important Business Partners attend.  These are the people who will sell and support your products.
  4. Conduct pre-conference training.  Typically technical as opposed to sales focused.
  5. Network with other Development Partners.  In the past Smart Hotel Software has integrated with BI Metrix and with Vineyardsoft's Alert product.
  6. Network with your existing Business Partners.  Nothing is better than face time.
  7. You can give a session - Sales or Technical (Silver and Gold sponsorships).
  8. Super Session.  Each year we typically have one or more Super Sessions that give select exhibitors extra session time.
  9. Customer Day is included with your sponsorship.  You can talk to existing customers and meet potential new ones.
  10. Once you come to TPAC, you will come again.  Most exhibitors come year after year.
  11. We are planning a great party for the event this year.
  12. Get $1000 back if you sign up 5 business partners.  This might be the easiest $1000 you ever earn.
  13. Each exhibitor receives a full list of all conference attendees and a photo guide.
  14. The booth fee includes pipe and drape borders, carpet, electricity, 6” table and 2 chairs, Wi-Fi Internet.  No extra charges except for renting a monitor if you want one.
  15. Opportunity to schedule a face to face meeting with Sage staff.
  16. TPAC is affordable.  Compare the sponsorship fees to other conferences.  You will be pleasantly surprised.

There are 3 levels for exhibitors

1) Bronze:  a booth plus 2 minutes at the opening session, one full attendee pass, listing in the conference guide, listing on the TPAC web site and more    *** SOLD OUT ***

2) Silver:  plus one session on a triple track, half page ad in conference guide.   *** SOLD OUT ***

3) Gold: plus one session on a triple track and one on a double track, plus additional attendee pass (total of 2), full page ad in conference guide.   *** SOLD OUT ***
