 This session provides a structured overview of the essential prerequisites required for SLL Certification, ensuring participants understand the foundational technical and administrative criteria necessary for successful qualification.

 In addition, the session outlines formal procedures for identifying, diagnosing, and resolving common installation issues. Attendees will gain clarity on preparation expectations and develop confidence in applying standardised troubleshooting methods to support a smooth certification and installation process.

Session 2 | Comprehensive Technical Review of PW‑Web Installation and Configuration Procedures (designed for consultants)

This session will deliver a formal, in‑depth examination of the Pacifictech PW Web installation and configuration process. Participants will be guided through each technical component required for a successful deployment, including system preparation, installation sequencing, configuration parameters, and validation steps.

 The session will highlight common implementation challenges and outline methods for diagnosing and resolving them. Attendees will leave with a clear understanding of best‑practice procedures that support reliable, consistent PW Web environments.

 Session 3 | Technical set-up of Pacifictech Connected Services & AP Automation Elements

Time: 13:30– 15:30

 This session is a focused technical overview of configuring Pacifictech Connected Services to support AP Automation. Participants will be guided through the required system components, integration points, authentication settings, and environment preparation needed to enable seamless data exchange.

The session also outlines common configuration challenges with methods used to validate connectivity and ensure reliable end‑to‑end automation.

It will include PunchOut functionality plugging into Amazon & Employee Expenses

Attendees will gain a clear understanding of the technical foundations necessary for a stable and efficient AP Automation deployment.

Attendees must complete the quiz to be eligible for Pacifictech Certification.
